The XMax V4 Pro Vaporizer is an updated version of the V3 Pro. It comes with some key improvements which were all heavily requested, while still retaining a similar look which allows it too be passed off as a regular non herbal vaporizer when out and about. It is compatible with dosing capsules and is easy to load and live with, making it a great setup for out and about without attracting too much attention.
The V4 Pro has good flavour, is capable of putting out decent clouds and the contents of the herb chamber cook very evenly allowing for full extractions without the need to stir. All in all it's a great little vaporizer with better than expected vapor cooling for the style of the device, allows for easy use with water tools and is stylish to boot!

Loading
To load the Xmax V4 Pro we suggest using a medium or fine grind, medium will provide a little more airflow and fine will provide slightly faster vapor production and allow for a bit more to be packed in. We suggest only gently tamping the herb into the chamber to avoid restricting the airflow too much. The SQP Mini pairs up well with this setup, it can be used to load and tamp the vape, also to empty it by using the scoop side. The PortAVB also makes for an excellent debowler and is very useful for storing your AVB (already vaped bud) if you like to use that later, or just like to store it before disposal without it stinking the place up!
Tips
- Take long, slow and gentle inhales. As a guide, reduce your inhale speed until you feel very little resistance. This way you can be sure the hot air is passing through the herb easily without the herb being sucked against the screen, partially blocking the holes. This is why you feel a reduction in resistance when you decrease the inhale speed.
- Brush the mesh screen off after each session to keep it clear and unobstructed.
- For the biggest clouds use the XMAX V4 Pro in session mode. As the heater is constantly on and air being drawn through regularly this will heat the sides of the herb chamber, increasing the temperature inside the chamber which increases vapour production and provides more of a hybrid style hit.
- Never, ever, blow into the mouthpiece. You will push herb into the chamber holes and block them. These holes should stay free and clear if used appropriately and will only require a simple brush out to clean them.
