The Stingray Micro Torch by Blazer is a medium size torch which sits somewhere in between the Blazer Big Shot and the smaller pocket micro-torches such as the CG-001 and PB-207 in terms of flame size and capacity. It has an exceptionally large gas capacity for the flame size leading to a very long burn time and is ideal for medium or smaller size setups such as the Dynavap, Vaphit QOQ, Quartz Cap Mini, Dani Fusion, Anvil, Lotus and so on.
Where the Stingray differs from many other torches, aside from the Blazer Firefox, is that it has a regular adjustable blue jet flame which can also be switched to a regular cooler yellow flame using the airflow adjust on the nozzle of the torch. The torch can only be ignited in jet flame mode and on the low gas setting won't ignite at all for safety. It has a lock on/off function actuated by the slider on the back of the torch which also locks the gas adjuster. Please ensure that when you go to light the Stingray you have adjusted the airflow holes on the side of the nozzle so that they align with the holes in the nozzle since this is what produces the jet flame.
