GDPR Compliance

If you would like to update your data (data rectification) if it is not accurate, please log into your account and adjust it as desired. From there you will be able to view your order information and edit contact details.

If you do not have an account please create one using the email address used for your orders, when this is done you can view and adjust contact information, alternatively you can contact us from the email address in question to request we update this information for you. This includes name, address and other contact details. As described below, we may request further information to verify your identity. 

Requests 

For any of the below, please email us on info@recvapes.co.uk from the email address in question to process a GDPR related request. We may request your name and address if this has already been linked in the account in question to confirm your this aligns with the information held on the Shopify system for identity verification purposes. 

Data Portability

You can contact us to download all the data we store and use for a better experience in our store. We can request this in the Shopify system and it is usually sent to us within a few days. This can then be provided in the form of a .zip file. This includes:

• GDPR requests
• Personal information
• Orders

Access to Personal Data

You can contact us to request a report which will contain all personal information that we or partners store for you. As above this will come in the form of a .zip file. Please note that this can take up to 30 days or longer to retrieve all the data as it is a more thorough request which includes data from partners such as review services like judge.me. You may be contacted directly by certain partners such as Royal Mail to confirm your identity. 

Right to be Forgotten

Use this option if you want to remove your personal and other data from our store. Keep in mind that this process will delete your account, so you will no longer be able to access or use it anymore. To do this please contact us and we will process a right to be forgotten deletion request for your account.
