If you have a product related query the quickest way to get an answer (especially out of hours) is usually to check the relevant product page since around 90% of the product related questions we receive are answered on the product pages. This is also the case for shipping related inquiries (particularly for international shipping) which are usually answered on the shipping policy linked in the website footer at the bottom of the page.
