The Micro Matrix Bowl is a hybrid glass and Titanium bowl designed for use with the Thermal and Ruby Twist, along with the Wireless One Hit Wonder. The bowl comes as standard with a 14.4mm male glass joint attached and an 18.8mm glass joint in the box. 10mm joints are also available as are Spare Glass adapters/joints.
This style of bowl provides all the advantages of a Titanium bowl with the ability to heat soak for hybrid style hits from your Thermal/Ruby Twist but without the disadvantage of traditional metal bowls which expand and get stuck in the glass joints of your bubbler.
The Micro Matrix bowl has less capacity than the regular size Titanium Matrix Bowl, but provides more airflow than the all glass Microdose Diffuser Bowls since it has a wider bowl (so also has higher capacity than this bowl). Like the original Titanium Matrix Bowl the Micro Matrix Bowl has an adjustable height mesh basket screen so you can either load in a little or push it down and pack it more heavily, just don't load it so high the herb is touching the heater housing of your vape! We suggest using a medium grind for these setups if you're loading it more heavily to avoid too much airflow restriction.
Like the original Matrix Bowls these make a great option for heat soaking for hybrid style (hot air and hot surface) hits which provide heavier effects than pure convection (hot air only). You can pop these into the injector side of your WOHW housing as that sits heating in the coil on its stand. Just be careful not to heat soak them for too long as they get hot quickly and it's easier to combust your herb at higher temperatures. For use with the Ruby or Thermal Twist, just hold the housing on the bowl for 15-20 seconds before starting your inhale and you'll get that almost instant thick vapor production.

Adjustable height Mesh Basket Screens Here - (will add link when we have them in a few weeks - for now, just brush out and take care of your original screens)... don't forget all stainless steel mesh screens can be held with tweezers, torch cleaned then brushed off to fully clean them up. We would actually suggest doing this instead of replacing them every time they get dirty, saves on waste! Unless they're getting frayed, we never use a new screen, just keep cleaning them until they're too fecked!)
For those of you who have seen the Screwball hybrid bowls and think this looks very similar, you're right! This has been cleared by Vapvana for use with other designs such as the bowl in this listing!
Please note
To remove the screen from inside, simply poke it out with something from the underneath, towards the top of the bowl. The bowl doesn't need to be disassembled to remove it!
The joints on these bowls can be quite stiff to remove. We've found the best way is to grip the glass joint and bowl firmly then pull steadily apart, don't wiggle or twist. Once it's apart you can add a little o-ring lubricant, Flower Mill wax, Dynawax or similar to the o-rings to make it easier the next time. If you're really having trouble you can use thermal expansion to assist; place your Thermal or Ruby Twist housing onto the bowl for around 15 seconds to heat it up, then hold the Titanium part with an oven glove or towel and pull the glass joint out as described here.
