Side and base heated XL 3D Ceramic heaters - Compatible with the V5 Micro Diffuser, Core XL, Core 2.0/2.1, TUG 2.0 and CUB devices. These are a solid upgrade from the original 3D ceramic heaters, providing space for larger dabs, more vapor production and less cleaning of your device since the higher walls vaporize more of the material which splashes up when the airflow hits it.
These heaters are available individually or installed in an atomizer housing. They also fit into the Core 2.0/Nice Dreamz RDA housings so if you're running one of them it's just a case of switching the heaters over to the newer XL heater. Since the Core 2.1/2.2 housings are not rebuildable these cannot be installed into them.
If purchasing with a Rebuildable housing, on arrival check that the little screws which hold the wire heater legs in place are done up firmly (not so tight you cut the wire with them!) and that the flathead bolt in the bottom of the RDA is firmly done up (not so tight you damage the ceramic spacer!).
There are also XL Non-rebuildable atomizers which are ideal for convenience since you don't have to change the heater in the rebuildable housings, can just unscrew the old one and screw in the new!
On the Core 2.0 e-rig these will heat a little hotter than the originals at the same heat settings, so stick to blue/green/white settings and start inhaling sooner if you find your material is getting a little toasty. There's no need to do double pre-heat cycles as some people choose to do with the originals heaters.

Temperature Control Settings (for V5 Micro Diffuser and CUB)
- TCR 220 - 45w - Adjust temperature as desired (vaping temps are usually between 190c-250c)
Heaters are around 0.41 ohms - readings may be slightly higher depending on your box mod as not all box mods read the same due to the way they're set up by manufacturers.
Cleaning
- This is the same as for regular 3D Ceramic heaters, wipe them out after each dab using a q-tip/swab.
- To heat clean them put your box mod with auto-fire (such as our iStick Pico Plus) on 38w, hold it upside down and heat for two minutes for a full clean - doing this too regularly will decrease the lifespan of your heaters so keep it for when they need a proper refresh! We suggest screwing the heater into an atomizer base such as the CUB, or a heat sink, not screwing them directly into your box mod as this may overheat the electrics.

Don't do hot starts with these heaters, loading cold concentrates into hot ceramic heaters can cause them to crack, always load the dab in from cold!
