The Screwball Modular Bowl replaces both the original and Micro Hybrid bowls. Like the original hybrid bowls it has a Titanium bowl with a replaceable glass joint. Unlike the original it comes with a screw threaded bowl section which can be swapped out with either the regular (0.3g max capacity) or micro size (approx. 0.1g max capacity) bowls. The regular size bowl still comes with a half pack screen ridge so the screen can be set higher up in the bowl for an approx. 0.15g max capacity.
Like the original Micro Hybrid Bowl the walls are a bit thicker so this is a more convection (hot air) heavy setup, great for fast extractions with very small amounts. The regular bowl still comes with thinner walls so you can quickly heat soak for hyrbrid (hot air and hot surface) style hits, due to the width of this bowl it retains the exceptionally fast extractions the Screwball is known for. Performance is unchanged from the original bowls, it just provides the option to have both setups without needing two different bowls, saving on space and wasted production materials.

The SQP Mini is a great option for a microdosing scoop and tamper for the micro setup, though you can use the original too.

The joints on these bowls can be quite stiff to remove. We've found the best way is to grip the glass joint and bowl firmly then pull steadily apart, don't wiggle or twist. Once it's apart you can add a little o-ring lubricant, Flower Mill wax, Dynawax or similar to the o-rings to make it easier the next time. If you're really having trouble you can use thermal expansion to assist; place your housing onto the bowl for around 15 seconds to heat it up, then hold the Titanium part with an oven glove or towel and pull the glass joint out as described here.
