The Flower Mill 3.5" Pro Mill is a high capacity professional grade mill which provides the ability to mill up to 7 grams at a time. Around double the capacity of the 2.5" next gen mills. While it's designed with professional use in mind it's also perfectly suited for high consumption heads who like to batch mill or just get through a lot of herb each day! Just don't buy this thinking you'll pop it in your pocket.

Like all the Flower Mill range the Pro comes with a medium #3 plate installed which is well suited to most purposes. For herb vaping this plate is ideal for high airflow setups, though for dense herb, or portables, many people will find better results with the finer plates.

For the best results, break your herb up a little before putting it in the mill, then to mill apply minimal pressure and let the mill do the work for you. Pushing down when milling will stop the herb from breaking up naturally and force larger bits through the mill plates which would have otherwise broken up. If you are feeling lazy though you can pop larger nugs in, it'll take a bit longer to mill them but one of the unique advantages of the Flower Mills is that they usually separate larger stems instead of shredding them up like a regular grinder does.

Mill Plates are available individually allowing you to purchase only the one or ones you want to use, our preference is either the provided medium mill plate (included) or the #2 Fine Mill Plate, depending on which vape the herb is going in.

Silicone Mill Grips are also now available, these provide a little extra grip and protection for your mill.

Mill Wax is a handy addition for reducing friction while milling, making for an even smoother milling experience! It also reduces the need for such regular full cleans since the wax collects residues which can then be more easily wiped off and the wax reapplied.

Flower Mill 3.5" Pro Mill Information

The 3.5" Pro Series Mill is the largest, most advanced Flower Mill ever made. Engineered for professionals and enthusiasts alike, it delivers effortless milling at scale with unmatched smoothness, precision, and consistency. Every detail, from the deeper housing and ring to the new mill plate locking system was designed for people who demand more from their tools.

This is the mill you keep out on the table. The statement piece. The one built to handle serious volume while still maintaining the same effortless, airy, uniform results Flower Mill is known for.

Key Upgrades

Pro-Grade Capacity - A massive 3.5" footprint creates a wider milling surface, increased throughput, and smoother rotation under heavy load. Perfect for rollers, industry professionals, and high-flow environments.  Mill up to 7g (recommended) at once and process more than 1000g per hour.

Upgraded Locking Plate System - Quick-swap plates that lock tighter, stay aligned, and withstand repeated professional use. Built for reliability day after day.

All New Pro Mill Plates - Thicker. Stronger. Built to last and stay in place.  Like our other mills the Pro Mill comes equipped with our #3 Medium Plate.  The #1 & #2 Plates now include chamfered bottoms to help with pass through and reduce clumping.  We are also introducing a Pro #6 Coarse XL Mill Plate which is great for pre-processing or rolling.

How It Performs

The Pro Series delivers the signature Flower Mill consistency on a larger scale. Instead of tearing or shredding, the Pro mills material through its precision-engineered plate, producing a light, fluffy, uniform result with little degradation.

Built with longevity in mind, backed by a lifetime warranty.

Our Notes

It should be noted that these work best with herb which has been dried and cured to no higher than 62% RH. If herb is fresher it may still have a higher RH inside while feeling dry on the outside, irrelevant of whether it is being stored at the correct RH. Wetter herb should ideally be dried a little more first or it may either take longer to mill or roll up inside the mill instead of crumbling apart.

A second note - there are always little marks on the screw threading inside the mill in various spots, these are called "racking marks" from where the mill has been held during the anodizing process. These are perfectly normal and nothing to worry about, there is a note from Flower Mill regarding these which can be found here.
