Wireless One Hit Wonder (WOHW)

The Wireless One Hit Wonder (WOHW - Pronounced wow!) has been developed by Crossing Tech with a little helping hand in places, from ourselves. It provides a high quality wireless ball vape experience in a well thought out and fairly compact package. It provides a high degree of airflow, great flavour and can be used for some pretty hefty rips! 

With two sides the WOHW housing can be used as either an injector or diffuser style setup with the provided Titanium Matrix Bowl depending on your prefence, but is also compatible with the Thermal Twist (TT)/Ruby Twist (RT) injector and diffuser style Microdose Bowls if you'd prefer a glass option. With the Microdose bowls these fit inside the injector side of the WOHW housing, to retain optimal performance, much like when using them with the TT/RT. If used with the TT/RT glass injector bowls, the WOHW housing should be used injector side down. 

The metal base provided with the Wireless One Hit Wonder has a built in heat guard to protect the heater coil and has some handy holes machined into it for storing different sized bowls and vape tools, along with a wire tidy for wrapping the excess length of the heater coil around to keep everything nice and tidy! 

A Quartz Banger setup will be available separately soon though you may find you already have a 25mm Outer Diameter (OD) banger which fits in the heater coil. 

We won't go into detailed instructions for set up here since we helped write the instruction sheet which comes with the device and this is fairly thorough. We've been made aware that some of our product listings fall under the "TLDR" category so to avoid that being the case and knowing that the instruction sheet is pretty good, we'll leave it there! But we will also post a demonstration video from Lee at TableTop bongs, since he always does an excellent job!

We suggest setting the controller to 535F as a good starting point, you can adjust it from there as desired. Ensure you leave it for a good five minutes on initial heat up for the coil to heat and the housing to heat soak. If you'd like to also heat your bowl, place this upside down on the injector side of the housing while that heats in the heater coil. This isn't essential but does provide a slightly heavier extraction profile due to the hybrid heating. This can also be done with the Microdose Diffuser Bowl if desired.

If we're out of stock of full kits, you're welcome to order the partial kit alongside the Classic PID Controller, this is the same controller as is used in the kit. 

Tips

• Check out the Portavb Universal Debowler, a great solution for emptying your bowl after vaping and storing the AVB.
• The WOHW works really nicely with hash, if you double up the mesh screens then break up the material small but not too finely and place some on the top screen it's pretty effective. For bubbler place a little vape or hemp cotton in the bottom of the bowl then the hash on top... or pop a little herb in first and place it on that if you prefer! We recommend heat soaking the bowl first as detailed above for this. 
• The Microdose Diffuser bowl is also great for this and again with a little heat soak especially this is highly effective. 
• The glass joints on these bowls can be quite stiff to remove. We've found the best way is to grip the glass joint and bowl firmly then pull steadily apart, don't wiggle or twist. Once it's apart you can add a little o-ring lubricant, Flower Mill wax, Dynawax or similar to the o-rings to make it easier the next time. If you're really having trouble you can use thermal expansion to assist; place your Thermal or Ruby Twist housing onto the bowl for around 15 seconds to heat it up, then hold the Titanium part with an oven glove or towel and pull the glass joint out as described here.

Compatibility

If you're purchasing the Partial PID Free Kit, you will need to ensure that your current PID Controller is compatible. 

• Confirmed compatibility with Crossing, Vapvana, CH, Auber, Disorderly Conduction (DC) and 710 Coils 
• Pin 1 is AC live line, pin 2 is AC zero line, pin 3 is temp positive, then 4 is temp negative and pin 5 is ground
• If you do not have one of these PID controllers please purchase the full kit. Using the wrong Coil and PID combination can damage your kit and potentially yourself. Using incompatible setups will also void the warranty

Please note the housing is wireless as it charges up in the base, the PID controller still needs plugging into the mains!

Currently some shipments for similar items sent to Germany are getting stuck in customs due to the exposed coil design and lack of German Language manual so we cannot guarantee orders to Germany will arrive. We have not had any issues with these yet but it may be down to luck or just a matter of time.
