The Dani Fusion 2.0 is a thoroughly redesigned and upgraded version of the original Dani Fusion torch heated vaporizer. It stays much cooler in the hand during use, has a larger capacity bowl with a half pack screen option and a higher click temperature from the cap, making for more easily repeatable sessions with less heating past the click. All in all this makes for a better vaping experience and is a worthy upgrade from the original. The Fusion 2.0 range is the undisputed winner of performance when it comes to metal capped/bowled torch heated vapes close to this price range.

The Fusion 2.0 metal stem provides the most vapor cooling of the Fusion 2.0 variants
The Stem is made from all stainless steel to improve vapor cooling while retaining an internal Titanium helix cooling stem
The carb hole in the side of the stem has been removed making for an easier experience, allowing you to heat the cap with your torch then crack on with vaping without the need to locate and cover the hole.
The amount of airflow can be adjusted by rotating the bowl (while cool) to expose or cover some of the 6 airflow holes built in to the tip

Heating

After loading don't screw the cap on tightly, gently does it.
There are two Silver strips around the cap of the Dani Fusion 2.0.
Using a large torch heat both rings at the same time
Wait for the click (one click, not two like a DynaVap)
Gently inhale, the heat will take a moment to start to transfer from the cap into the bowl, then vapor production will really start to kick in
For higher temperature extractions you can heat past the click for a few seconds, however be cautious as with the new Fusion 2.0 Cap which has been adjusted to click at a higher temperature there will be less time before it overheats and combusts
Make sure you're using a large enough torch, small single flame torches will take a very long time to heat the cap, we always suggest using something that's more powerful.
You can use a Blazer Big Shot Torch, Stringray, FireFox or Yocan Red Torch to heat both rings at the same time.
Or you can use the Flare Induction Heater
When you've finished your session you can hold the cap with the provided leather case or use the Leather Loop to safely remove this while hot

Other Notes

To use the microdose function, remove the tip then push the screen up from the bottom so that it sits in the groove halfway up the chamber. After that's done you can use it as normal with smaller amounts... alternatively you can leave the screen where it is and just put less inside! Both methods will provide similar results!
The Fusion 2.0 is great with solid material, break it up and sandwich it in your herb or leave a little on top of the herb. You can also use hemp cotton and load solids or concentrates on top this!
The Cooling Helix inside the stem will rattle around inside when it's new. After a few uses the residue will take care of that for you.
Of the new Fusion 2.0 Devices the all metal Dani Fusion 2.0 listed here provides the most vapor cooling, though the difference is not massive
The Silver rings on the cap of the Fusion may have some dark marks, these are tarnish marks from where the cap has been installed. These Silver rings can be lightly polished with a high grain buffer/nail file though when you touch the silver rings they will again start to form as the oils from your skin react with the metal and oxygen. This is normal for Silver! It also usually goes away with a little use as the torching to heat seems to clean it up nicely.

Dani Fusion 2

Well as I own the original Dani fusion with the wood base I can say. They are both my fave Torch vapes. The Dani although it takes maybe 3 attempts to get to the required heat, it's like a diff experience to any other manual flame powered vape. The Dani doesn't get over hot is well made easy to clean, and once you get past the slight learning curve re packing it which needs a medium grind, and full but don't tamp it trim off all the herb that overshoots the chamber so it's full but not tamped. I use the tap on the herb pot to fill it much like an old fashioned spud gun. Gently push it down until it's full. Trim off the ends screw the cap on so it just closes don't tighten it there's no need. Now heat it with your preferred torch lighter spinning it slowly as you do until you hear the 1st click the 1st is a light pre warning one it's the louder click you want. Once this is reached don't be tempted to overheat it it will combust or char, as I said just wait until it clicks again to let you know it's cooled down then reheat it by the 2nd or 3rd time around the vapour will flow and it's nice terpy and tasty. Just how I like it.
So for me it's head and shoulders above any other Torch lighter powered vape, so id highly recommend it.

The Terp Tester

This device gives super smooth hits packed with flavour. Whilst this gives massive flavour great clouds and benefits from dual hit heat cycles but ihe are possible.
Very well made product and a great price.

Supremely tooled, supreme hits, supreme efficiency

I consider my tolerance pretty high. 60-80g of 20-25% THC bud a month (medical so I believe the %).
I was running 0.4g bowls in a classic volcano- I was taking 3 bowls to get sufficiently high over the course of an hour or so. So 1.2g of bud per session for mid high.
Enter the fusion 2.0. Three 0.2g bowels and I'm baked beyond anything in recent memory. Holy crap the thing is efficient, lovely to hold, easy to clean and can run 3 bowls in 10 mins- Perfect for when I wake up at 1am and want to switch off my racing thoughts.

This thing is just awesome, if you are thinking about buying one, just do! I have been running this with a torch only, I was going to get an IH for it, but decided not to bother as I like it with a torch so much. Top Marks another win from RVS :-)
