Ok, so for starters, selling a bong without a chillum is an absolute liberty. Secondly, on using the bong, the water pressure forces the product and ash to shoot out the top, burnt or not. Third, the "whip" clogs after a few uses because it is ridiculously thin, and you need to be some sort of machine to get a draw through it. Awful to clean, cumbersome, and far too expensive for what it is. All in all a thoroughly useless piece of kit. Dont waste your money.
Hi Dave, this and all our bubblers are designed for use with vaporizers so don't come with a chillum (bong attachment) as they're not designed for use as a smoking bongs. If used as a bong you'll be sucking ash and particles inside the bubbler and will block it up, since that's not what it's designed to be used for. All high capacity, high airflow bubblers do have back pressure which pushes back against the herb in the bowl at the end of an inhale, particularly if they're filled high, this is far less of an issue if used with a vaporizer since having a vape sitting on top the vaporizer limits the speed of the airflow coming back. If you reduce the water level so it sits just above the percolator head inside this will help as there's less water displacement. You can also inhale gently as you finish inhaling through the bubbler which reduces the back pressure. An additional method is to pull the side stopper out of the secondary port out as you finish the inhale which releases some of the pressure and gives the airflow another path to travel, you can also do that to fully clear the bubbler of vapor at the end of your inhale, providing you have the lung capacity to do so. There are also carbed pass through adapters and ash catchers which can be placed in between the vape and the bubbler, if you pull the stopper out from one of those when finishing the inhale, that completely removes the back pressure from going into the bowl, since the air will pass out of the carb port on the adapter. If used with a vaporizer the whips don't block up as you're describing, they can generally be used for a couple of months before needing to be replaced. Hope this helps clear things up. That all said it sounds like ideally you would need a bong which is designed for smoking, since they have quite a different design to bubblers used for vaporizing, or to use a carbed ash catcher in between the chillum and the bong to catch the particles and provide a pressure release when finishing the inhale, by removing the stopper on the ash catcher.

It's an absolute delight. The design is very clean and makes it a beautiful object to display on your table. The capacity is about one litre. The set of glass parts which comes with it is very complete: I didn't think I'd use them but I actually ended up using most of them.
Bought to use with the Volcano Hybrid (along with 2 special adapters, one for the whip-bubbler, one for the bubbler-balloon) so that balloons get inflated via the pump while getting more moisture in the vape. The bubbler comes with a whip itself (a bit short), so whip-through-bubbler is also a great option. Absolute set-up.
I bought this with my Ruby Twist Pro, and blimey it's a wacker for sure, I am so chuffed with my set up the twist fills this bowl super quick,,,try get it all in one foohooo. The whole parcel came the next day, and the Twist and my box bubbler are an absolute match for the chugga in you!
