Important Closure Information
Update 26.04.25 - Operation went ahead but more was done, ended up being two operations one "major open surgery" and one "arthroscopy", currently on a metric fuck-tonne of pain killers, sleepy and pretty out of it.
The store will be closed and I will be unable to ship new orders after the 17th April for probably at least a month as I have to have surgery. Thursday 17th will be the last dispatch so ensure you get your orders in before 12:30pm on Thursday to ensure they're shipped before we close.
I will resume customer service as soon as possible, probably after a couple of weeks from the 24th (the actual operation date), possibly sooner (but no promises at this time), though I will likely not be able to ship new orders for some time.
After a couple of weeks from the 24th April when I'm back on a laptop doing customer service... for warranty issues I have set up some drop shipping options for certain products, these may take a couple of weeks to arrive depending on what the product is and where it's shipping from. I will theoretically also be able to provide a weekly dispatch for warranty items from here if needed as I have someone who has agreed to pack and dispatch them, if this goes to plan there will be no need to drop ship anything, assuming the products are available in stock.
If you'd like to order while we're closed you are of course welcome to do so but please be aware that the time frame for return is currently an estimate!
I would appreciate patience and understanding during this time, if you don't hear back for a while, please know that you will receive a reply and you won't be left hanging for months until full service resumes and the store re-opens.
This page will be updated if there is any new relevant information to provide and I'll send out an email/Instagram post when I can resume a semblance of normal service. When this happens there will likely be slower dispatches for a while and I won't be able to rigidly stick to the same day dispatch as I have previously since I'll be hobbling around on crutches for - insert currently unknown period of time here (26.04.25 - now post operation I'm told crutches will be likely needed for two months from the 24th April).
Thanks for reading, I hope to be able to get back to normal as soon as possible and continue providing quality service and products to the community which has helped me achieve my dream of doing exactly that for these past years.
