Glass Reducers are for reducing your 18.8mm joint into a 14.4mm joint or alternatively your 14.4mm joint to 10mm. They are especially useful when pairing together different sizes of glassware that don't otherwise fit!
For example, if you have a bowl or adapter for your vape with an 18.8mm joint, but have a 14.4mm female joint bubbler, j-hook or similar, you would need the 18-14mm reducer.
