These are the long awaited official Ispire DYADP DynaVap adapter kits for The Wand induction heater. They fit neatly into The Wand to provide a secure and safe holder for your DynaVap while it heats! 

Due to the design of The Wand, the DYADP has two different formations allowing you to either rest your DynaVap inside the glass cup, or to pass it through using the glass pass-through tube. Both these methods allow for different heating profiles and performance from your vape. We have found that passing it through heats more of the DynaVap metal providing larger clouds at the click. For convenience we tend to stick to the cup setup. 

 

Installation

  • The instructions for this have been updated recently and it is now suggested to insert the DYADP glass from the bottom. 
  • It sounds like this may have been re-adjusted again by Ispire and the DYADP glass can be inserted from the top. We're just going to leave both possibilities listed here as it will be one of the two!

Works with a little tinkering

Firstly this fits differently depending on the version of the wand you have. If you have the EU version, which is the one I received from ordering here, you cannot push the cup through from the top. It just doesn't fit nor do the box instructions make sense. I assume it works for the NA version, which must have a wider top entry point.

If you try to orientate the cup facing up in the silicone sleeve and insert both from the bottom, so you can drop the dynavap in the top of the wand it will not click and will combust. You cannot adjust this way either as the only option is to push the cup deeper.

So the way to get this working on the EU unit is to insert the cup in sleeve facing down, and adjust the depth that way so that the tip is between the red rings. I found that it needs to protrude approximately 3mm from the bottom. So the wand is then put upside down and the dynavap rests it it. Also beware that it's possible that due to the more intense and even heating the dynavap will only click once.

Once I figured this out it is game-changing as to hands free use. The tube also allows you finer positioning on the tip to really dial in personal heating preferences.

Thanks for the thorough review, I asked Ispire about this and they said all units will now need to be set up this way (from the bottom). I have requested this is altered back to the original size so they can be installed from the top but am still waiting to hear back about this. No idea why they changed that!

Does the job

Insert gives you the ability to finally tune the heat on your dynavap, but the glass Itself is very fragile, so if you’re a bit clumsy it’s not gonna last.
